Tico is a light and a sound absorber in one object — a metre-wide acoustic disc suspended flat, lit from its rim. In a hard-surfaced dining room, an open-plan kitchen or a meeting space, it takes the edge off the room acoustically while doing the job of a large pendant. AC Studio kept it only four inches deep, so a fixture this wide still reads as a plane rather than a mass.
Steel with an acoustic disc, in matt black or aged gold, 39.37 inches in diameter and 4.33 inches deep, adjustable to a maximum overall height of 118 inches on a 3.14-inch canopy. Supplied either with an integrated LED (9W, 2700K, 950 lumens, included and dimmable) or for a G9 LED bulb (5W, 2700K, 450 lumens, sold separately, dimmable with dimmable bulbs). IP20-rated for dry interiors; 1-year limited warranty.
